Die cutting is a fabrication technique that involves the use of specialised equipment and tools to cut, mould, and shear stock material. Die cuts are a technique used in printing to provide unique shapes and designs for labels. There are numerous shapes and variations of die cutting, some of which are more appropriate for labelling than others. We employ flatbed, rotary, and semi-rotary methods. With our years of experience and knowledge we are confident we can guide you to your final product.

Chemical etching is a process that provides a hardwearing finish to various metals, suitable for the harsher climates, commonly placed offshore.

For 20 years we have been able to compete with our chemical etching services as we provide a quick, affordable and high-quality etching service for a broad spectrum of metals.

Guillotine cutting is a type of cold-cutting that has no impact on the material’s characteristics, it is predominantly used within the first and final step of straight cut print runs.
